We ship in-stock, ordered parts on business days within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Our shipping providers are DPD and Deutsche Post.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship your order in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We gladly accept returns of unused parts in their original packaging within the first 2 weeks.
Parts that have been test-fitted, improperly installed, or damaged due to improper installation are excluded from returns and complaints.
